Job Title: JDE - Functional Consultant
Experience: 5+ years in JDE Worldsoft A7.3 Order Management, Procurement and Supply Chain modules
Job Description:
We are seeking JDE Senior Sales & Distribution Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive functional experience in implementing and supporting JDE Order Management, Procurement and Supply Chain modules. Also, preferred to have a solid background in application development, deployment and production support processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Application Support: Leading Production support for JDE Order Management, Procurement and Supply Chain modules. Identifying and resolving complex issues while providing support to end users on JDE ERP application. Provide support third-party interfaces and ensure data integrity.
- Troubleshooting: Identifying and resolving issues related to Order Management, Procurement and Supply Chain modules. Identify root causes of problems and implement effective solutions.
- User support: Providing technical support to end users on JDE applications,



addressing queries and resolving issues.
- Training: Developing and delivering training materials and sessions for end-users on Order Management, Procurement and Supply Chain modules.
- Knowledge Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of system configurations, processes, and troubleshooting procedures. Contribute to the development and maintenance of a knowledge base for easy access to information.
- Collaboration: Collaborating with clients, technical teams, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth application management.
- Data Analysis: Develop simple to medium complexity SQL scripts to extract ERP data for analysis.
- Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities for improvement in application performance, processes, and user experience. Participate in the development and implementation of new enhancements.
