Role Description The Human Resources Specialist at The Brand LookBook will manage day-to-day HR operations, including employee onboarding, documentation, and HR records management. This full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru involves administering HR policies, coordinating employee perks, and supporting personnel management activities such as attendance, performance reviews, and employee relations. The specialist will assist in designing and implementing HR initiatives,



maintaining compliance with local regulations, and supporting recruitment efforts as needed. The role also involves partnering with leadership to foster a positive workplace culture, address employee queries, and ensure smooth HR processes across the organization.

Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with experience handling core HR operations.
- Knowledge of HR Policies and compliance requirements, including drafting, implementing, and updating HR guidelines.
- Experience managing Employee Benefits and related programs, ensuring accurate administration and communication.
- Skills in Personnel Management, including employee relations, performance support, and workplace conflict resolution.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
