Role Overview :
We are hiring a Growth Strategy & Operations Associate to work directly with the Head of Talent Growth as a strategic partner and execution lead. This role will act as a Chief of Staff for Growth — helping define priorities,
drive cross-functional execution, and ensure that key growth initiatives across both developers (Supply) and customers (Demand) translate into measurable outcomes. This is a high-ownership role at the intersection of strategy, analytics, and operations, serving as the connective tissue across Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Sales.
Job responsibilities :
- Define and drive the demand and supply growth roadmap in partnership with the Head of Talent Growth.
- Translate strategy into explicit execution plans, owners, timelines, and measurable outcomes.
- Identify and prioritize high-impact growth opportunities across Demand and Supply verticals.
