Master Data Transformation & Operations (Item Master) is a senior execution and people‑leadership role within the Enterprise Master Data organization. This role is accountable for building, operating, and continuously improving Item Master capabilities that enable reliable end‑to‑end business execution, scalable operations, and data‑driven decision‑making across the enterprise.
While initially focused on Item / Product Master Data, the Associate Director operates within an enterprise MDM model and is expected to support cross‑domain master data needs (Finance, Supplier, Customer, Employee) as required, ensuring alignment to enterprise standards, governance, and operating principles.
