Job Description
Quality Analyst
Manages complete Product Quality Complaints (PQC) cycle from complaint intake through closure along with ensuring compliance, data accuracy, and customer resolution across customer’s product divisions
- Receive, log, and validate incoming quality complaints; ensure all mandatory data fields are complete (Sales District, Manufacturing Location, Division, Profit Center, Defect Codes) with Data Integrity.
- Classify complaints by severity, product line, business group, and regulatory impact.
- Manage Sample Return and Product Return workflows per customer for SOPs.
