Job Description:

Responsibilities:
Achieve collection targets in the assigned area while ensuring compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and legal norms as per organizational policy.
Manage collections for the assigned area/Bucket/Portfolio, meeting targets on various parameters such as resolution rates, flow metrics, credit costs, and roll rates (based on the bucket).
Conduct daily visits to cases within the defined Turnaround Time (TAT).
Monitor and control delinquency in the area (by Bucket and Days Past Due) with a focus on non-starters.
Timely highlight probable flow-forward cases to supervisors.
Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues quickly within specified TAT.




Build and maintain relationships with key clients to facilitate timely collections and monitor defaulting customers through regular follow-ups with critical/complex accounts to identify reasons for defaults.
Ensure compliance with all audit and regulatory requirements, as well as company policies and procedures.

Skill Sets:
Excellent communication skills.
Relevant experience in loan collections is essential.
Proficiency in basic Excel.
Strong knowledge of the local territory is required.
