We are hiring a Store Manager for a premium cosmetic brand. Responsibilities include
- Deliver excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Motivate the sales team to meet sales objectives through training and mentoring
- Create business strategies to attract new customers, increase store traffic, and enhance profitability
- Ensure year-on-year business growth
- Plan regular visits to academies and salons for business tie-ups
- Delegate tasks to the store team and closely monitor store operations
- Follow store SOPs and ensure adherence by all staff
- Create weekly staff rosters and plan resources to support training and marketing teams
- Hire, train, and supervise new staff
- Handle customer complaints and concerns professionally
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards
- Develop and arrange promotional materials and in-store displays
- Prepare reports on buying trends, customer requirements, and profitability
- Manage store administration including budgets and financial records




- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as required
- Maintain monthly store reports and conduct periodic inventory audits
- Oversee store maintenance activities as needed

Requirements

Proven 7-10 years experience as a Store Manager or in retail management

Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and manage a team

Positive understanding of sales principles, customer service, and store operations

Ability to drive sales targets and ensure consistent business growth

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer complaints effectively

Experience in inventory management, budgeting, and basic financial reporting

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple responsibilities

Knowledge of visual merchandising and in-store promotions

Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
