Job Description:
- Understand user roles and design for their needs
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, and Tax Experts to define UX goals
- Simplify complex tax-related workflows and interfaces
- Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes
- Conduct usability testing and iterate based on feedback
- Design consistent, accessible, and intuitive interfaces
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and security standards in the UX
- Maintain and evolve a scalable design system
- Work in agile development teams and participate in product planning

Skill Requirement
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles
- Experience with wireframing and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD)
- Knowledge of responsive web and mobile-first design




- Familiarity with enterprise SaaS platforms, preferably finance or tax domain
- Ability to conduct user research, usability testing, and data- driven design
- Solid communication and collaboration skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Design or Computer Science or related field

*Working Hours/ Office Timings: 10 AM - 7 PM (Monday to Friday)
