Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
- Stakeholder Collaboration & Client Interaction: Collaborating closely with internal stakeholders such as the procurement, project management, and sales teams, as well as external partners including vendors and clients, is essential to ensure that project goals and technical requirements are met.
- Effective collaboration involves maintaining clear and open communication channels, fostering a cooperative environment, and aligning all parties on the project's objectives and deliverables.
- The procurement team plays a crucial role in securing the necessary materials and components for the project. Collaboration with procurement ensures that materials are ordered and delivered on time, meet the required specifications, and are cost-effective.
- By working closely with procurement, the design team can provide insights into specific material requirements, quality standards, and technical specifications that are critical to the project's success.
- Project management is another key internal stakeholder.
