â Achieve monthly, quarterly, and
annual sales targets in the assigned territory

â Regular visits to market/retail
outlets to ensure product availability and visibility

â Ensure proper coverage, visibility,
and merchandising of products

â Develop and maintain strong
relationships with distributors, retailers, and stockists

Requirements
â Graduate in any discipline
(preferred: BBA/BA/B.Com)

â 2-5 years of field sales
experience in the FMCG sector

â Strong communication and
negotiation skills

â Positive knowledge of local territory
and retail network

â Two-wheeler with a valid driving
license (must)

â Proficient in using basic mobile
apps for reporting and communication
