IT Support & Service Desk Operations
- Provide first- and second-level IT support to employees.
- Manage user accounts, access control, and security permissions.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Administer Office 365, including Exchange, SharePoint, and Teams.
- Ensure timely ticket resolution in line with SLAs using IT service management tools.

System Administration & Infrastructure Management
- Maintain desktop, server, and cloud environments to support business operations.
- Implement data backup, disaster recovery, and system restoration plans.
- Monitor network and system performance to minimize downtime.
- Coordinate with external vendors for system upgrades and issue resolution.

Compliance & Audit Readiness (Pharmaceutical Industry Regulations)
- Ensure IT systems comply with 21 CFR Part 11, GxP, HIPAA, and ISO 27001 standards.
- Conduct internal IT audits and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities.
- Prepare compliance documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for regulatory audits.




- Collaborate with Quality Assurance (QA) teams to align IT policies with business processes.

Security & Data Protection
- Enforce cybersecurity best practices to safeguard sensitive pharmaceutical data.
- Implement Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC).
- Monitor security logs for potential threats or unauthorized access.
- Support data encryption, Data Loss Prevention (DLP), and endpoint security solutions.

Vendor & Documentation Management
- Collaborate with third-party vendors for IT services, software updates, and troubleshooting.
- Maintain IT documentation, including SOPs, incident reports, and change management logs.
- Conduct training sessions for employees on IT policies and procedures.

Requirements
Technical Expertise
- Solid understanding of IT support, service desk operations, and technical troubleshooting.
- Proficient in Office 365 administration, including Exchange, SharePoin
