We are on the lookout for a Project & Communications Coordinator to support the Art X Company and Festivals From India in the effective execution of projects and content management. This role involves coordinating efforts within the research and recruitment verticals, ensuring seamless project delivery. Additionally, it focuses on strengthening the digital presence of Festivals From India by maintaining and enhancing the website and social media channels, ensuring they are consistently updated, user-friendly, and aligned with industry best practices.

Requirements
Essential Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communication or related fields
- Excellent writing and oral communication skills
- Experience with website building platforms and CMS platforms, such as Wordpress, Wix, Drupal
- Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, MailChimp)

Essential Experience:
- 1-3 years of work experience with at least 1 year’s experience in digital content management and writing
- Knowledge of digital content marketing tactics, including SEO,



email marketing and web analytics
- Prior experience in working for a structured company or organisation in the field of content writing is preferable.
- Knowledge of / experience in arts and cultural festivals and creative industries, with a passion for promoting cultural diversity and inclusivity.
- Demonstrated experience in social media management, including developing and executing campaigns across various platforms.
