About the Role:

As the Training & Placement Associate at Mumbai, you will play a pivotal role in building and strengthening corporate relationships to drive student placements and strategic collaborations. This role involves managing end-to-end partnership lifecycles, from outreach and onboarding to relationship management and execution, while contributing to revenue growth.



You will work closely with internal teams, students, and corporate stakeholders to enhance employability outcomes and ensure successful talent alignment.

â Identify and onboard potential corporate partners for hiring and training collaborations.

â Execute structured outreach via email, WhatsApp, and calls to generate new opportunities.
