Role Summary

Hands-on specialist owning defined areas of Volante’s cloud, AI/ML, and enterprise security program (CSPM, SASE-aligned controls, security operations, and customer/audit engagements).

Feeder role intended to grow into Information Security Manager responsibilities in ~3 years, based on performance and readiness.

What You’ll Do

Security Operations & Tooling (Hands‑On)
- Investigate and document security incidents, alerts, and findings within assigned scope
- Work with SIEM, endpoint, and monitoring tools to analyze security events
- Support vulnerability management and remediation tracking




- Maintain high‑quality operational and audit documentation

Cloud Security & CSPM (Core Responsibility)
- Implement, validate, and monitor security controls in Microsoft Azure (primary) and AWS
- Support Cloud Security Posture Management (CSPM) activities, including:
- Secure configuration validation
- Misconfiguration detection and remediation support
- Continuous monitoring of cloud security posture
- Work with engineering teams to embed secure‑by‑design practices

SASE & Network Security Controls
- Support implementation and monitoring of SASE‑aligned security controls, including:
- Secure access and network segmentation
- Traffic inspection, logging, and policy enforcement
- Assist with firewall, WAF, and network security reviews
- Support secure remote access and zero‑trust‑aligned practices

AI / ML Security (Mandatory Skill Area)
- Support execution of Volante’s AI Security Policy, including:
- AI model risk assessments
- Security rev
