We are looking for an Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant with solid hands-on experience in Core HR, Payroll, and Talent/Learning modules. The consultant will lead functional delivery across requirement gathering, configuration, testing, and go-live support for Oracle HCM Cloud implementations.

Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements; translate them into Oracle HCM configurations.
- Configure and support:
- Core HR: Global HR, Workforce Directory, Journeys, MSS/ESS
- Payroll: Payroll processing, validations, statutory/compliance support
- Talent & Learning: Recruiting, Performance & Goals, Succession, Learning Cloud
- Configure Journeys, approval workflows, security roles, and self-service processes.
- Support SIT, UAT, go-live, and post go-live hypercare.
- Prepare functional documentation and conduct end-user training.




- Work with technical teams on data migration (HDL/HSDL), integrations, and reporting.

- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud.
- Strong functional expertise in Core HR, Payroll, Talent, and Learning.
- Experience with Journeys, MSS/ESS, approvals, and security roles.
- Working knowledge of HDL/HSDL and Fast Formulas (Payroll/Eligibility/Absence).
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Preferred
- Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Certification.
- Experience delivering HCM projects for enterprise clients.
