Microsoft PowerApps/Automate Low Code Senior Engineer – Requirements

Role and Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy low-code applications and automation workflows using Power Apps and Power Automate (cloud & desktop).
- Collaborate with business users, IT teams, and stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement scalable and secure applications.
- Participate in solution architecture discussions, providing guidance on Power Platform best practices, security, performance, and maintainability.
- Manage Power Platform administration tasks, including environment setup, app migration, license/credit management, DLP policy implementation, and platform usage monitoring.
- Lead proof-of-concepts (POCs) for innovative low-code automation or AI-enabled use cases.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across Power Apps, Power Automate flows, and connected systems, ensuring smooth operations.
- Document solutions, workflows, and best practices for knowledge sharing and governance compliance.




- Mentor and guide junior developers or low-code engineers in Power Platform development, administration, and deployment processes.
- Continuously evaluate and adopt current features and tools in Power Platform to improve efficiency and business impact.

Mandatory Experience and Skills
- Hands-on Expertise in developing web apps and automation workflow using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate (cloud + desktop)
- Hands-on Strong knowledge of Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, Dataverse, and Power Automate cloud/desktops flows.
- Experience with SharePoint, SQL Server, Azure services (Logic Apps, Functions), and Microsoft office 365 integration with strong focus on SharePoint, Microsoft teams , and other office 365 based integrated apps build.
- Some programming experience in JAVA/.NET/python will be preferred but not mandatory.
