We are looking for skilled SAP Concur Consultants for an exciting opportunity with IBM at the Mumbai client location.

Location: Mumbai (Jogeshwari/Goregaon)

Role: Package Consultant – SAP Concur

Experience: 3+ Years

Work Mode: Work From Office (Day 1 Onsite)

Interview Mode: Face-to-Face (Mandatory)

Key Responsibilities:

Provide L2/L3 production support for SAP Concur applications

Monitor and resolve incidents, service requests, and user issues within SLA timelines

Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues

Handle Concur configuration and administration

Manage expense policies, approval workflows, audit rules, and reimbursement processes

Support month-end and business-critical activities

Coordinate with business users, vendors,



and technical teams

Manage defect fixes and production deployments

Maintain application stability and system performance

Prepare support documentation and knowledge articles

Required Skills:

• Strong understanding of Travel & Expense business processes

• Experience in SAP Concur support and administration

• Good communication and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to work in a quick-paced support environment

Important Notes:

• Relevant experience is mandatory

• Candidate banding will depend on relevant experience

• Immediate joiners or short notice candidates preferred
