This role is part of a strategic initiative to build strong internal industrial design and product engineering capability at our Hosur facility, enabling faster execution, improved product quality, and reduced dependency on limited external resources.
Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Industrial Design Engineer to lead product design and industrial engineering efforts for next-generation water treatment and dispensing systems.
This is a hands-on individual contributor (IC) role focused on translating product concepts into practical, manufacturable, and market-ready designs.
The role will play a critical part in developing compact RO systems, UF systems, second-generation Q Tap systems, and product enclosures for multi-stage filtration platforms. The ideal candidate combines strong visual design sense with practical mechanical engineering expertise and is capable of driving designs from concept through production.
Key Responsibilities
Industrial Design & Product Development
- Lead industrial design and product engineering for next-generation water treatment and dispensing products.
- Design and improve product casings, external housings, coverings, and overall product layouts.
- Develop solutions for compact RO systems, UF systems, Q Tap platforms, and multi-stage filter housings.
- Balance aesthetics, functionality, cost, manufacturability, and serviceabil
