Management:
- Oversee all aspects of facility
management including the maintenance of buildings, infrastructure, and
grounds.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and
internal teams for the upkeep of assets and compliance with safety
standards.
- Develop and implement preventive
and corrective maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and repair
costs.

Soft Services Management
- Oversee the provision of soft services,
including cleaning, landscaping, security, and waste management.
- Develop and implement service standards
and protocols.
- Monitor service providers to ensure
performance and quality standards are met.

Hard Services Management
- Manage hard services, including HVAC,
electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
- Develop and implement maintenance
schedules for all systems and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with safety and
regulatory standards.

Asset Management:
- Use the Asset Infinity tool for
the tracking and management of institutional assets.
- Maintain an up-to-date inventory
of all physical assets,



including equipment, machinery, and fixtures.
- Monitor asset life cycles and recommend
replacements or upgrades to optimize operational efficiency.
- Prepare asset utilization and
depreciation reports for financial forecasting and budgeting.

Vendor and Contractor Management:
- Source, negotiate, and manage
relationships with vendors and contractors for facility services.
- Ensure compliance with contracts,
SLAs, and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct periodic vendor
performance evaluations and implement cost-saving strategies.

Budget and Financial Management:
- Prepare and manage the facility and
infrastructure maintenance budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
- Monitor expenditures related to
facility operations and asset management.
- Prepare monthly financial and
operational reports for senior management review.

Health, Safety, and Compliance:
- Ensure that the facility adheres to all
health, safety, and env
