The Role
As a Digital Solutions Consultant II with Worley, you will work closely with our existing team to deliver projects for our clients while continuing to develop your skills and experience etc….




- Lead technical discussions and solution design sessions with Marketing, Sales, and internal teams.
- Design and implement Account Engagement solutions, including lead lifecycle management, scoring & grading models, and nurture journeys using Engagement Studio.
- Develop and configure both out-of-the-box and custom Account Engagement features such as automation rules, dynamic lists, email templates, and landing pages.
- Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of marketing automation initiatives.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and marketing operations team members.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to campaign execution, data sync, and automation processes.
- Perform quality reviews of configurations, assets, and campaigns to ensure adherence to best practices.
- Stay updated with Salesforce
