Summary

The Territory Manager - Sales plays a pivotal
role in driving revenue growth and market expansion within the financial
services sector. Reporting to the Regional Sales Head, this position is
responsible for leading and managing a defined sales territory, overseeing
field sales teams, and executing strategic initiatives to achieve quarterly and
annual sales targets. The ideal candidate will leverage deep expertise in
banking operations, loan products (including BL, PL, LAP), and financial
documentation to guide clients through end-to-end transaction processes while
ensuring compliance, accuracy, and exceptional customer experience. This role
demands a proactive, results-driven professional with a strong command of
financial product knowledge, customer relationship management, and field
execution.



The Territory Manager is instrumental in building long-term client
partnerships, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining a
high-performance sales culture across the territory.

Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of field
sales executives to achieve individual and team sales targets within the
assigned territory.
- Develop and execute
territory-specific sales strategies aligned with organizational goals and
market dynamics.
- Conduct regular field visits to
client locations, financial institutions, and partner networks to drive
product penetration and client acquisition.
- Manage end-to-end sales cycles for
banking products including Business Loans (BL), Personal Loans (PL), and
Loan Against Property (LAP), ensuring accurate documentation and
compliance.
