1. Strategic & Operational Leadership
- Develop and execute a robust national supply chain strategy aligned with organizational growth objectives.
- Drive supply chain performance across transportation, express cargo, warehousing, and cross-border operations.
- Evaluate network gaps, route optimization, and modal strategy (road/rail/air) to improve efficiency.
- Lead operational planning, resource allocation, and infrastructure readiness across all regions.

2. Supply Chain Operations & Process Excellence
- Establish standardized Supply Chain SOPs in collaboration with the Process Excellence team.
- Strengthen hub, branch, and warehouse operations with a focus on turnaround time, delivery accuracy, and safety.
- Implement digital solutions including TMS/WMS integration, real-time tracking, and control-tower dashboards.
- Ensure adherence to quality, compliance, and safety across all supply chain processes.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using data analytics and operational KPIs.

3. Cross-Border & Regulatory Governance
- Oversee Indo-Nepal, Indo-Bhutan,



and Indo-Bangladesh logistics including customs, documentation, and compliance.
- Strengthen coordination with international subsidiaries and border offices to ensure seamless movement.
- Mitigate cross-border operational risks by enhancing processes, documentation accuracy, and regulatory readiness.

4. Cost Efficiency & Vendor Management
- Optimise supply chain cost structures including freight, warehousing, manpower, and vendor utilization.
- Lead contracting, negotiations, and performance governance for transport partners, warehouse operators, and service providers.
- Ensure robust vendor onboarding, audit mechanisms, and SLA compliance.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising service standards.

5. Customer Experience & Stakeholder Engagement
- Partner with Sales, Key Accounts, and Customer Service to ensure superior delivery experience and SLA adherence.
