Key Responsibilities
Sales & Counseling
- Understand student aspirations and guide them on university, course, and country selection.
- Deliver high-quality counseling and convert prospects into enrolled students.
- Present programs in a compelling manner and handle objections confidently.
Performance Management
- Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly student enrollment targets.
- Maintain a strong conversion pipeline through continuous follow-up and relationship building.
- Report daily performance metrics and optimize for success.
Lead Management & CRM
- Handle inbound and outbound student inquiries through multiple channels (calls, emails, walk-ins).
- Update CRM systems accurately and ensure timely communication with all leads.
University Coordination
- Liaise with partner institutions to understand admission processes, updates, and application progress.
- Ensure complete and high-quality applications are submitted on time.
Market Intelligence
- Stay informed on global education trends, visa policies, application deadlines, and course structures.
- Provide insights and feedback to improve student services and program offerings.
