Roles and Responsibilities:-
- Shall be responsible for reporting to management.
- Shall be responsible in helping boards in strategic decision-making.
- Shall be responsible for taking care of Accounts & Finance functions.
- Shall also be responsible for compliances.
- Shall be responsible for overall financial statements, cash flows and P&L.;
- Helps in managing investors and banking relationships.
- Managing banking facilities, valuable in MIS & reporting etc.
- Shall be responsible for any other work assigned.
