you will be the trusted advisor on all Finance & Accounting related issues affecting the organization supported. The person in this position is responsible for day-to-day Finance & Accounting activities, Audits, Legal & Statutory Compliances. The ideal candidate should be a Finance Professional who has excellent skills & knowledge and is eager to get things done. Key to the position is the ability to collaborate within organization as well as with external agencies whenever required.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Ensuring daily booking of purchases invoices & vendor payments
- Ensuring booking & accounting of sales invoices along with E Invoices, customer receipts accounting
- Keep track of all the expenses that need to be back charged.
- Ensuring smooth Employee claims booking & payment
- Handling month close activities which mainly include Fixed Assets module closing, monthly provision entries
- Assist in Month Repo
