We are looking for a skilled and experienced Salesforce Lead to join our team in Noida. The ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of leadership experience and hands-on expertise in LWC (Lightning Web Components). You will be responsible for managing end-to-end Salesforce implementations, leading a team of developers, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality Salesforce solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of Salesforce developers and ensure timely project delivery
- Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions including custom objects, Apex classes, triggers, workflows, and Lightning components
- Drive the development of Lightning Web Components (LWC) as per business needs
- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and QA to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and technical troubleshooting
- Manage deployments using CI/CD tools and Salesforce best practices
- Ensure adherence to coding standards and maintain documentation
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance
Required Skills:
- 8+ years of total Salesforce development experience
- Minimum 4 years in a technical leadership role
- Strong hands-on experience in Lightning Web Components (LWC) – mandatory
- Expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Triggers, SOQL/SOSL
- Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security model, governor limits, and performance tuning
- Familiarity with DevOps tools like Git, Copado, Gearset, etc.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer II, Salesforce Architect, or App Builder
- Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud
- Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology
- Prior experience in leading multi-region teams is a plus
