- We are seeking a skilled IT Technician to join our team and support the technological infrastructure of our school.
- The IT Technician will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems and providing technical assistance to students, faculty, and staff.
- Will be responsible to Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems, including desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues promptly.
- Assist in the setup and maintenance of audiovisual equipment for classrooms and events.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights in accordance with school policies.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as system updates, backups,



and security patches.
- Collaborate with IT team members to implement current technologies and initiatives to enhance educational outcomes.
- Document technical procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.

Requirements
Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or a related field is preferred

Required Skills - Technical Proficiency, Problem-Solving Abilities, Communication Skills, Adaptability and Learning Agility, Customer Service Orientation.​
