Job Summary





We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Manager who will be responsible for

managing sales data, supporting and leading the team, and ensuring accurate tracking and

reporting of all sales-related activities. The role requires a strong focus on data management

along with team coordination and performance monitoring.

Key Responsibilities

â Handle and manage sales-related data entry with high accuracy and consistency

â Maintain and update sales records, reports, and databases regularly

â Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance metrics

â Lead, guide, and support the sales team to achieve targets

â Coordinate with internal teams for smooth sales operations

â Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback

â Ensure all documentation and reporting are well-organized and up-to-date

â Identify gaps in processes and suggest improvements

â Prepare and present reports to management as required
