Stockarea aggregates supply chain service providers like warehouse operators, Transporters, Freight Forwarders, Customs Agents, & Compliance service providers, and offers a single platform for Brands to Book/Manage these services
Objectives of this role:
• Responsible for overseeing all aspects of warehouse operations, including vendor management, inventory control, and ensuring efficient and organized workflows.
• Ensure that the warehouse operates at peak efficiency — with customer satisfaction the primary goal — by supervising, organizing, and training warehouse employees and establishing, monitoring, and managing operational goals
• Develop warehouse operations systems by determining product handling and storage requirements, equipment utilization, inventory,
gate processes, and shipping methods
• Train and manage the warehouse team to solve day-to-day operational issues and reach short- and long-term performance goals.
• In Charge of incident management and reporting as per warehouse policy.
• Oversee daily operations while controlling and managing inventory and logistics
• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing and enforcing standards and procedures and by complying with legal regulations
• Ensure SHE Guidelines and ensure the safety audits being followed at the warehouse regularly.
• Keep in touch with Local Ambulance, Fire department, Manage Local human Safety Kits and PPEs to ensure the protected working at warehouse.
• Supervise end-to-end e-commerce order fulfillment including picking, packing, dispatch, and coordination with logistics partners.
