Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our Billing Team Hyderabad, India. The Senior Business Analyst plays a critical role in driving the Billing Persistent Team agenda by bridging business processes, operational needs, and technology solutions. This role is responsible for leading complex requirement‑gathering efforts, mapping end‑to‑end business workflows, and defining explicit, scalable functional specifications that enable teams to deliver modern, data‑driven, and automated billing capabilities. It is a key role in shaping how billing processes evolve—improving accuracy, cycle time, operational efficiency, and customer experience across all Business segments.

Key Responsibilities




- Translate business requirements into detailed features, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria for engineering delivery.
- Perform business process mapping and gap analysis across Billing workflows, identifying automation, IDP (Intelligent Document Processing), and AI‑driven optimization opportunities.
- Support data‑driven decision making by analyzing billing workflow data, system behaviors, triage rules, and operational bottlenecks.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, data scientists, and product teams to ensure solutions align with system architecture, integration frameworks, and enterprise platform standards.
- Document current‑state and future‑state workflows, including data flows, decision points, system interactions, and triage logic.
- Participate in backlog refinement, requirement walkthroughs, testing cycles, and readiness reviews to validate functional fit and business value.
