Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Engineering plus an MBA (Marketing) from a reputed institute.
- Years of professional experience in B2B.
- The candidate should possess strong effective presentation delivery skills.
- Capability to build and lead a team.
- Proven experience of business development in the field of wastewater management/ Capital goods industry, preferably with a focus on Zero Liquid Discharge solutions in industrial segments like Chemical, Pharmaceutical, Power Plant, Integrated Steel Plant,



Fertilizers and Sugar & Distillery with strong knowledge of wastewater treatment/ZLD technologies/ETP.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with clients, with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention. Demonstrated problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.
- Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.

Responsibilities
- Market Analysis & Strategy Development: Conduct in-depth market research to identify and understand target markets. Develop a comprehensive sales plan to achieve business growth and market penetration.
