We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Architect to join our team. As an Architect, you will be responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing various architectural projects in collaboration with clients, engineers, and other professionals.

Responsibilities:

1. Design and create architectural drawings, plans, and layouts based on client requirements and project specifications.
2. Develop and present design proposals for client approval, incorporating aesthetic and functional considerations.
3. Conduct site visits to assess the feasibility of construction and evaluate any potential challenges or constraints.
4. Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure designs are implemented effectively and within budget.
5. Stay updated on industry trends, building codes, regulations, and emerging technologies related to architecture.
6. Coordinate and liaise with clients, contractors, and local authorities to obtain necessary permits and approvals.
7. Prepare and present project proposals,



including cost estimates and timelines, to clients and stakeholders.
8. Conduct research and analysis to inform design decisions, incorporating sustainable and efficient practices.
9. Monitor construction progress, ensuring adherence to design specifications and resolving any issues that may arise.
10. Maintain accurate documentation throughout the design and construction process.
11. Mentor junior architects and interns, providing guidance and support on projects.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
2. Relevant experience in architectural design, preferably in a professional firm.
3. Proficiency in architectural design software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar programs.
4. Solid understanding of construction methods, building materials, and architectural principles.
