Your Role

You will be responsible
for closing deals yourself, building the team from scratch, and creating a
high-performance outbound sales system using Zoho CRM.

If you are
only used to managing and not executing, this role is not for you.

Key
Responsibilities
â Convert importer database into revenue by reaching
decision-makers
â Drive end-to-end sales cycle (prospecting to closure)
â Build and enforce CRM-driven sales engine (Zoho CRM)
â Track calls, connects, requirements, quotes & closures
â Hire, train, and manage sales team from ground up
â Review calls, improve scripts & conversion ratios
â Personally handle key negotiations & closures
â Ensure strict process discipline (no offline sales)
