1. Responsible for Installation and Commissioning support of CNC products at the customer end. 2. Ensure that all application calls are resolved on telephone or by visit within the shortest time span. 3. Conduct regular visits / meetings with the customers. 4. Ensure proactive support to the MTBs on application issues. 5. Understand the new requirements of customers and provide support for selection of CNCs. 6. Help MTBs understand the current features / products and render training. 7. Conduct competitor analysis at customer end and share the knowledge with the sales team. 8. Update Company’s Technical centre with new systems and features. 9. Ensure continuous updating of skills and knowledge through simulator training. 10.
Ensure proper documentation of the project learning’s and sharing of knowledge with the team. Profile Expectation: 1. BE / B. Tech in Electrical / Electronics/ Mechatronics. 2. 3 to 6 years of relevant experience. 3. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to deliver to set deadlines. 4. Proficient in MS Office Applications. 5. Strong interpersonal, report writing and statistical analysis skills. 6. Proven ability in multitasking and prioritizing workload. 7. Flair to travel extensively, meet creative people in the engineering world
