Job Summary

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to drive B2B lead generation and pipeline growth through targeted digital campaigns. The role involves executing email, LinkedIn, and demand generation campaigns, identifying high-value prospects, managing CRM data, and collaborating with sales teams to generate qualified leads.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute digital marketing and demand generation campaigns.
- Run personalized email, LinkedIn, and outbound outreach campaigns.
- Identify and qualify target accounts using ICP and TAM frameworks.
- Conduct prospect research, buying committee mapping, and technology stack analysis.
- Create and manage lead nurturing workflows using marketing automation tools.
- Execute Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns.
- Maintain and update CRM records with accurate prospect information.
- Track campaign performance, analyze KPIs, and optimize campaigns through A/B testing.




- Coordinate qualified meetings with the sales team.
- Generate campaign reports and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve pipeline growth.

Requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Freshers with solid digital marketing knowledge are welcome; 2+ years of experience preferred for experienced roles.
- Understanding of B2B marketing, demand generation, and lead qualification concepts.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred) and sales intelligence tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, or ZoomInfo.
- Knowledge of marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, Marketo, Outreach, Salesloft, Instantly, or ActiveCampaign.
- Strong analytical, research, and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets/MS Excel and AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Perplexity.
