Agrim is a B2B Agri-input e-commerce platform revolutionizing the Indian Agri-space. We are a multicategory platform dealing in Agro-chemicals, Agro-tools, Fertilizers, and Seeds with a PAN India operational presence. Agrim is a powerhouse in the INR 420,000 Crore Agri-Input industry, set to reach INR 660,000 Crore by 2030.

Job Responsibilities – What do you have to do?
- Achieving sales targets.
- Training the sales team.
- Handling a team of 100 ground sales members.
- Ensure sales target is getting achieved every month.
- Ensure number of meetings, number of visits are done on daily basis.
- Ensure no fake visits are happening.
- Ensure attendance is 100%.
- Ensure visits should start at 10 AM in the morning.




- Ensure attrition (agents leaving the company) doesn’t go above 10% at monthly level.
- Drive discipline within the team.
- Understand the customer data and create strategies to achieve targets.

Requirements

- Graduation or Diploma in any field.
- Convincing skills

- Area knowledge
- Product demo & CRM software knowledge
- Positive communication skills
- Management Skills
- Should be disciplined

NOTE :
- This role is completely work-from-office, 6-days a week (Mon-Sat) in Sector-66, Gurugram, Haryana.
- You might have to visit the field occasionally, if required.
- You must be open to stretch beyond working hours and work on holidays in order to fulfill daily, weekly and monthly targets.
