Role Overview
The Last Mile Operations Intern will support day-to-day delivery operations by handling
customer calling, shipment tracking, and data maintenance. The role requires strong
follow-up skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced workplace.
Key Responsibilities
• Collect feedback from the customer’s end
• Track shipment status via courier partner systems
• Follow up on delayed, in-transit, undelivered, and RTO shipments
• Update daily tracking sheets and maintain accurate shipment remarks
• Share regular status updates with the Last Mile team
• Flag escalations and recurring delivery issues on time
