JOB PURPOSE/OVERVIEW/SUMMARY:

We are looking for a passionate and proactive Learning & Development (L&D;) Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of experience in delivering and managing training programs, strong communication skills, and a solid understanding of employee development initiatives.

KEY DELIVERABLES / RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design, develop, and deliver training programs across various departments
- Identify training needs through job analysis, appraisals, and regular consultation with managers
- Coordinate and facilitate in-house and external training sessions
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide reports on improvements
- Maintain training records and ensure documentation is up-to-date




- Collaborate with HR and department heads to align learning initiatives with business goals
- Support onboarding and orientation programs for current hires

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification
- 2 to 3 years of proven experience in Learning & Development or Training roles
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent presentation and facilitation abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
- Familiarity with digital learning tools and platforms is a plus( LMS)

Benefits

- CTC: ₹30,000 to ₹50,000 per month (based on experience and performance)
