Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Power BI Developer with 5+
years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining
interactive dashboards and reports. The ideal candidate will have robust
expertise in Power BI, SQL, data modeling, and business intelligence solutions
that support data-driven decision-making.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities
- Design
and develop Power BI dashboards, reports, and scorecards.
- Connect
to multiple data sources and transform data for reporting and analytics.
- Write
efficient SQL queries for data extraction, validation, and analysis.
- Work
closely with business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements.
- Build
and maintain scalable data models and BI solutions.
- Improve
dashboard performance and ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Maintain
documentation for reports, data structures, and processes.
- Implement
data security, access controls, and best practices.
- Troubleshoot

Required Skills
- 5+
years of experience in Power BI development.
- Strong
knowledge of Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, DAX, and Power Query.
- Proficiency
in SQL and experience with relational databases.
- Solid
understanding of data modeling and report optimization.
- Experience
with business intelligence and data warehousing concepts.
- Strong
analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills
- Experience
with Azure Data Factory, SSRS, or other Microsoft BI tools.
- Knowledge
of Python or advanced analytics tools.
- Exposure
to Agile delivery environments.
- Ability
to define KPIs and create executive-level reporting.

Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s
degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a
related field.
