We are seeking a skilled and motivated WordPress Developer to join our energetic Research & Development team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance, scalable, and secure web applications using WordPress as the core platform. Responsibilities:





Develop and maintain custom WordPress themes and plugins tailored to research-driven web applications

Optimize website performance, security, and scalability through efficient PHP, MySQL, and frontend code

Implement responsive and accessible designs using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (including modern frameworks where applicable)

Collaborate with UX/UI designers and researchers to translate wireframes and prototypes into functional web interfaces

Conduct regular code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure high code quality and system reliability

Integrate third-party APIs and services to extend functionality and support data-driven research initiatives

Ensure compliance with web standards, SEO best practices, and accessibility guidelines (WCAG)

Document technical specifications, development processes, and system architecture for knowledge sharing and future maintenance
