Job Overview:

We are looking for an entrepreneurial and result-oriented Assistant Director / Senior Manager – LIB Business to lead the business development and strategic sourcing initiatives for our Lithium-ion Battery (LIB) Recycling business.

The incumbent will be responsible for driving revenue growth by building long-term partnerships with OEMs, EV manufacturers, battery cell manufacturers, battery pack manufacturers, energy storage companies, recyclers, and other ecosystem partners. This role requires a strong commercial mindset, strategic relationship management capabilities, and deep understanding of the Lithium-ion Battery value chain, including procurement of end-of-life batteries, production scrap, black mass, and other battery recycling feedstock.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development & Revenue Growth
- Develop and execute the business strategy for the Lithium-ion Battery Recycling business across India.




- Drive business development initiatives with OEMs, EV manufacturers, battery manufacturers, battery pack manufacturers, energy storage companies, recyclers, and industrial customers.
- Generate new business opportunities to achieve annual revenue and gross margin targets.
- Build a strong sales pipeline and ensure timely conversion of opportunities into long-term business relationships.
- Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.

Strategic Material Procurement
- Develop sourcing strategies for procurement of:
- End-of-Life (EOL) Lithium-ion Batteries
- Production Scrap
- Battery Manufacturing Waste
- Black Mass
- Other battery recycling feedstock
- Build sustainable procurement channels to secure consistent material availability.
- Identify current sourcing partners and strategic suppliers across India.
- Achieve procurement volume targets while optimizing commercial terms and sup
