We are looking for a proactive and experienced Scrum Master to guide and support Agile teams in delivering high-quality products. The ideal candidate will act as a servant leader, facilitating Scrum practices,



removing impediments, and driving continuous improvement while ensuring solid collaboration across teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including:
- Sprint Planning
- Daily Stand-ups
- Sprint Reviews
- Retrospectives
- Coach and mentor team members on Agile principles, Scrum practices, and mindset.
- Act as a servant leader to remove impediments and ensure smooth team functioning and productivity.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to refine, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog.
- Ensure effective communication and alignment between cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Track, monitor, and report sprint progress, team velocity, and other Agile metrics.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and high performance.
- Support the adoption and scaling of Agile practices across multiple teams where applicable.
