Act as an External Member of Internal
Committees of Companies and assist with following:
- Handle
complaints of sexual harassment - Be a part of conciliation and/or inquiry as
part of the IC in accordance with POSH law.
- Guide
IC with steps to follow and assist them with drafts of emails, documents etc.
on a timely basis as and when needed for handling complaints effectively.
- ​Prepare
reports for each complaint.
- Provide any other assistance
that may be required from time to time.
- Complete
necessary documentation for each complaint

Requirements
Core skills required:
- LLB or LLM degree.
- Min. work ex.: 2-3 years.
- Interest in handling employees
grievances.
- Interest and ability to deal with
conflict.
- Interest and ability to work as part of
a team.
- Understand and complete time bound tasks.
- Ability to function in high pressure




situations.
- Drafting skills is a must.
- Languages
(speak, read): Hindi (For NCR), Marathi (For Mumbai & Pune).

Our preference:
- Prior experience of handling complaints
under POSH Law.
- Interest in interacting with an
audience and creating awareness of POSH Law.
- Prior experience of conducting
awareness programs for employees and training of IC Members on the POSH Law
