Work Experience: 2+ years
- MBBS degree with a postgraduate qualification in General Surgery (MS/MD in General Surgery).
- Valid registration with the Medical Council of India (MCI) or equivalent regulatory body.
- Minimum of 2 years of post-qualification clinical experience in a hospital or surgical setting.
- Proven track record in performing general surgical procedures with demonstrated surgical competency.
- Robust knowledge of surgical anatomy, aseptic technique, and perioperative management.
- Excellent decision-making, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage time efficiently in high-demand environments.
- Commitment to ethical practice, patient safety, and continuous learning.
- Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems and medical documentation.
