operations, ensuring seamless coordination across internal teams and external
partners. It focuses on timely order execution, productive logistics, accurate
export documentation, optimized packaging, and continuous process improvement
through SOPs, performance tracking, and process digitization.

Responsibilities:
Order
Processing & Execution: Oversee the complete order lifecycle for
international markets, from order placement through dispatch and delivery.
Logistics
& Carrier Management:
· Coordinate with freight
forwarders, customs department, and other logistics partners to ensure on-time
and cost-effective delivery.
· Monitor
transit performance and resolve shipment-related issues proactively.
Packaging
Optimization
· Define
and implement packaging standards to ensure product safety and compliance.
· Optimize
packaging and container utilization to improve loadability and reduce logistics
costs.
Invoicing
& Export Documentation
· Prepare
and review export invoices and shipping documentation in line with
international trade regulations.
· Ensure
completeness and accuracy of documents to avoid delays or penalties.
Cross-Functional
Coordination
· Collaborate
closely with Production, Logistics, and Finance teams to align order
priorities, shipment schedules, and billing processes.
· Act
as the central point of coordination for international order execution.
Process
Development & Implementation
· Develop,
document, and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for international
operations.
· Drive
continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, compliance, and
scalability.
Performance
Metrics & Reporting
· Define,
track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to speed,
accuracy, cost, and service levels.
· Prepare
regular performance reports and recommend corrective actions.
