Sanofi Business Operations (SBO) is an internal Sanofi resource organization based in India and is setup to centralize processes and activities to support Specialty Care, Vaccines, General Medicines, CHC, CMO, and R&D;, Data & Digital functions. SBO strives to be a strategic and functional partner for tactical deliveries to Medical, Health Economics and Value Assessment (HEVA), and Commercial organizations in Sanofi, Globally.
Main responsibilities:
The overall purpose and main responsibilities are listed below:
- SBO Manager will be functionally aligned to Global Business Partners (BPs)/Global Evidence Synthesis lead and will support execution of multiple activities
- Manage assigned Evidence Synthesis projects in the assigned portfolio to plan and generate robust health economic and value based evidence to maximize the value propositions from both a global and US perspective working within the Market Access tripod
- Support BPs/Evidence Synthesis lead in the planning, design, implementation, and completion of creative evidence-based research programs that are consistent with program/product strategies
- Collaborate with BPs/Evidence Synthesis lead to seek opportunities to innovate HEVA/Medical value identification, evidence generation and dissemination process/plan to increase the relevance and impact of HEVA/Medical evidence to ensure reimbursement decisions optimal access
- Create complex and specialized strategic content without supervision
- Develop and maintain therapeutic area (TA) expertise
- Develop and review content created by associates and mentor associates
