About the Role:

We’re looking for highly creative and sharp content strategists/copywriters who can bring a fresh approach to storytelling, branding, and social media. If you have a way with words, a deep understanding of digital narratives, and the ability to make brands stand out in the clutter, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:
- Craft compelling copy for campaigns, social media, digital ads, brand storytelling, and meme-worthy content.
- Develop and execute content strategies that drive engagement, virality, and business impact.
- Understand the brand’s tone of voice and maintain consistency across platforms.
- Stay ahead of trends, pop culture, and audience behaviour to create relevant and disruptive content.
- Work closely with the design and marketing teams to ensure visually and textually cohesive campaigns.
- Write for diverse platforms—Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Facebook, YouTube, and more.
- Experiment with interactive and immersive storytelling formats that break the monotony of regular content.




- Have their own suggestions, improvements and a willingness to learn as well as educate others with their knowledge.
- An unflickering nerve to trust their gut and trust the process.

Qualifications & Skills:
- 2-4 years of experience in content strategy, copywriting, or digital marketing.
- Proven ability to create scroll-stopping, witty, and engaging content.
- A robust grasp of marketing psychology, storytelling techniques, and viral content hooks.
- Proficiency in content marketing tools like Google Trends, ChatGPT, Grammarly, scheduling platforms, Trello, etc.
- Impeccable R&D; skills
- Understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and audience behaviour.
- Ability to write short-form and long-form content with equal impact.
- Bonus if you have a knack for meme culture, wordplay, and storytelling for brands.
