*Responsibilities:*
- Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, including medical history reviews, physical examinations, and interpretation of diagnostic tests (e.g., imaging, urodynamic studies, lab results).
- Diagnose and manage a broad spectrum of urological conditions, including kidney stones, urinary tract infections, benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH), prostate cancer, erectile dysfunction, infertility, and voiding disorders.
- Perform minimally invasive and surgical procedures such as cystoscopy, ureteroscopy, lithotripsy, prostate biopsies, and transurethral resection of the prostate (TURP).
- Collaborate with other specialists—including nephrologists, oncologists, radiologists, and endocrinologists—to develop integrated treatment plans for complex cases.
- Provide pre- and post-operative care, including patient education, risk assessment, and recovery monitoring.
- Maintain accurate, detailed,



and timely medical records in compliance with hospital and regulatory standards.
- Stay current with advancements in urology through continuous career development, research, and participation in clinical trials.
- Mentor and support junior medical staff, residents, and medical students during clinical rotations and procedures.
- Engage in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to departmental performance metrics.

- MBBS degree followed by MD/MS in Urology or equivalent postgraduate qualification recognized by the Medical Council of India (MCI).
- Minimum of 2 years of post-qualification clinical experience in a hospital or urology clinic setting.
