Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain SAP BusinessObjects (BO) reports, dashboards, and universes.
- Design and optimize BI solutions to support business reporting requirements.
- Work with stakeholders to gather and analyze reporting needs.
- Create Web Intelligence (WebI) reports and schedule report distributions.
- Perform data validation, reconciliation, and performance tuning.
- Collaborate with SAP BW, HANA, ETL, and database teams.
- Troubleshoot BO/BI issues and provide production support.
- Ensure data accuracy, security, and governance standards.

Requirements
Required Skills
- Solid experience in SAP BusinessObjects (BO) Suite.
- Hands-on expertise in WebI, Universe Design Tool (UDT), and Information Design Tool (IDT).
- Good knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
- Experience with SAP BW / SAP HANA is preferred.
- Understanding of ETL processes and data warehousing concepts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Preferred Skills
- Experience in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).
- Exposure to HANA Calculation Views.
- Knowledge of data visualization best practices.
- Experience in Agile project environments.
