As the Influencer Marketing Lead, your responsibilities would be:
- Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies to boost brand awareness.
- Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with influencers aligned to brand goals.
- Manage end-to-end campaigns: planning, content, execution, and analysis.
- Track performance and report ROI using analytics tools.
- Collaborate with content, sales, and product teams for aligned marketing efforts.

Requirements
- Proven success, preferably in Indian broking/startup space with lean campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn,



and emerging Indian platforms.
- Stay updated on trends, platform changes, and Indian influencer regulations.
- Skilled in communication, negotiation, and relationship management.
- Proficient in analytics for data-driven decisions.
- Creative with insights into Indian market trends and consumer behavior.
- Self-starter, able to manage multiple priorities in a startup environment.
